Glynn County and the City of Brunswick, GA Proclaim Gullah/Geechee Nation Appreciation Week on the annual "Queen Quet Day" in Brunswick.  Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation (www.QueenQuet.com) was given that honor and a key several years ago.  Local Gullah/Geechee can now expand from the one day celebration to the celebration of the entire "Gullah/Geechee Nation Appreciation Week" countywide!
